1) How fast do you reply?
We typically respond within a few hours — often the same day. If you don’t see a reply, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, or feel free to text or call us directly.
If we’re not responding immediately, we’re most likely photographing a wedding or briefly away from the office — but we always reply as soon as possible.
2) Are you available on my date?
Please send us your date, ceremony time, and location, and we’ll confirm availability promptly. Popular Las Vegas wedding dates — especially weekends and peak seasons — tend to book quickly.
For shorter elopements (1–2 hours), we’re often available for sunrise sessions or late evening coverage on the Las Vegas Strip. If your date is approaching soon, feel free to reach out — we may still have availability depending on the schedule.
3) How does booking work?
To reserve your date, we prepare a simple agreement and collect a retainer (typically 20–25% of the total investment). Once the agreement is signed and the retainer is received, your date is officially secured.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the wedding day. Our system will send a friendly reminder before the due date, and we may also send additional reminders as the wedding approaches.
Once the final balance is settled, your date and coverage are fully confirmed in our schedule, and we finalize the timeline and preparations for your wedding day.
4) What do you need from us to give an exact quote?
Yes — we offer both full photography coverage and seamless combined photo-and-video experiences.
Our Full Photo & Video Experience includes complete wedding-day documentation with cinematic film coverage, professional audio recording, and a fully edited highlight film — in addition to your complete photography gallery.
For couples who prefer a more photography-focused option, we offer our Silver Moments Collection. This package is primarily photography (approximately 90% photo coverage), complemented by short, beautifully edited cinematic reels (10–30 seconds), perfect for sharing and reliving key moments.
Both options are created with the same commitment to artistry, emotion, and refined storytelling — allowing you to choose the level of video coverage that fits your vision.
5) Do you offer photo + video together?
Yes, we offer both full photography and combined photo-and-video coverage.
Our Full Photo & Video Experience includes complete wedding-day documentation with cinematic film coverage, professional audio recording, and a fully edited highlight film, in addition to your complete photography gallery.
For couples who want a more photo-focused option, we also offer our Silver Moments Collection. This package is designed primarily for photography (approximately 90% photo coverage), with short, beautifully edited cinematic reels (10–30 seconds) perfect for sharing and reliving key moments.

6) We’re planning a quick elopement — can you help with locations, permits, or an officiant?
Absolutely. We specialize in guiding couples through intimate Las Vegas and desert elopements.
We’ll suggest the most beautiful locations based on light, privacy, and travel time — including options that typically do not require permits. Victoria is a licensed Nevada officiant, so if desired, she can personally perform and file your ceremony.
For added peace of mind, we offer same-day filing — meaning your signed marriage documents are submitted immediately after the ceremony, so your marriage is legally finalized without delay.
For couples who want a seamless experience, we can assist with transportation for small groups (up to 8 guests) and coordinate pickup and drop-off.
From logistics to final details, we guide you step by step so everything feels effortless, refined, and stress-free.
7) What’s your delivery time?
Your fully edited digital photo gallery is typically delivered within 3–21 business days. Film delivery takes approximately 8–12 weeks, depending on the season and overall production schedule.
For couples who can’t wait to relive the day, we offer an optional sneak peek: either 10 beautifully edited highlight images or a short 20–30 second teaser film, delivered within 48 hours.
For outdoor desert sessions, timing is especially important. From late April through October, we strongly recommend sunrise coverage to avoid extreme desert heat. During cooler months, late morning (around 8–9 AM) often provides beautiful light with comfortable temperatures.
Summer sunsets in Las Vegas can remain very warm well into the evening, so we guide you toward the most comfortable and visually stunning timing for your experience.
8) What if our timeline changes or we run late?
Vegas wedding days can shift — and that’s completely normal. If your timeline changes, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll adapt accordingly.
If additional coverage time is needed, we’ll seamlessly confirm availability and options.
9) Can we request specific shots or a certain vibe?
Yes — we welcome creative inspiration. Feel free to share Pinterest boards, Instagram references, or simply describe the atmosphere you envision.
